SATREPS-TSUIB Meeting, Dhaka, Bangladesh, 2-4 August 2019

 

Maeda lab members visited Dhaka, Bangladesh to attend SATREPS-TSUIB Meeting held on 2~4 August, 2019. Participants from several Universities of Japan and Bangladesh, Public Works Department (PWD), Housing and Building Research Institute (HBRI) from Bangladesh participated in intensive meetings  between Japanese and Bangladeshi researchers through SATREPS TSUIB project. The main topic of this year is summarizing the outcomes so far and start making the seismic evaluation manuals and rapid screening of vulnerable buildings in Bangladesh.
