18th ~21th of June 2018 was the 16th European Conference of Earthquake Engineering (16ECEE) in Thessaloniki, Greece. From Maeda-lab, Professor Maeda and Hamood presented several papers in the topics of seismic evaluation of masonry infilled RC frames and Repairability index of RC buildings. 

The conference was well organized and had many interesting papers in many fields of earthquake engineering especially in the perspective of past Earthquake damage in European countries, masonry and heritage buildings.
